Cindy Vaughn-Wardle
I have 20+ years experience as a designer. As a proven leader and supervisor in all my work experience, I believe in leading by example and embracing new technology. Upon relocating to Jacksonville, FL, I’ve continued to learn new business platforms and strategies for marketing. Currently I work for Tonic3, contracted as a Senior Graphic Designer for Citibank. I’m a part of a team of ADA compliant designers that design large scale email campaigns and other marketing assets.
Previously I worked as a Front End Web Designer managing over 10 different brands. Before that I led a small team of designers and worked closely with the marketing teams to help generate new sales. In North Carolina, I worked at a multi-million dollar e-commerce business as the Web Design Manager and lead designer. I had been at that company for 12 years.
I like to foster a sense of success and accomplishment in every campaign I work on. Always learning and always adapting is what drives me to excel, not to mention having the ability to laugh at myself and make the workplace creative and fun.
